1) Need to close EyeMIS on all computers in store

2) Click No

3) Stop all macros

4) Close EyeMIS on all machines in store

5) Go to c:\

6) Open EyeMIS folder

7) Run \\srv-xsql\Data\upload\stores\eyelibs

8) Enter credentials: lab\username and pw

9) Identify what region the store is in

10) Find associated folder name that matches district number

11) Copy the db file within the district number folder and paste it back to the client side computer in their EyeMIS folder in the root

12) If step 11 does not work, replace Eyemis 2000.accdb file with N2’s (backup computer) .accdb file.
