If your device is not connected to the network, simply call the number listed on the PrintCounts sticker or email FL-Supplies@deximaging.com and provide your Equipment ID#. Our supplies team will make sure toner is in your hands within a few days.


Much like ordering toner for a local device, to place a service call for any device, simply call the number listed on the PrintCounts sticker or email Dispatch@deximaging.com. Please provide your Equipment ID#, a description of the problem as well as a contact name and number. Depending on the issue, we will help correct the problem remotely or dispatch one of their trained service technicians to your facility in a timely manner.
